摘要 混合学习(Blended learning)作为大学英语教学一种新的教学模式,强调实现传统以教为中心的优势和以学为中心教学模式的优势相结合,实现了传统教学模式和多媒体网络化教学模式的融合。结合江苏大学教学改革的实践经验,采用问卷调查方式分析了教师在适应新的教学环境中所遇到问题的原因,结果表明:教师对Blended Learning的教学模式有较高的认同感,愿意采用这种教学模式积极进行教学活动。因此,要改变教学理念和提高教学能力,必须强化学术意识、注重教学研究;强化角色意识,践行"学教兼重"的教学理念;强化创新意识,改变传统教学方法;强化现代教育技术,营造新型教学环境。 As a new teaching mode in the college-English teaching reform, Blended Learning pros much emphasis on the favorable combination of traditional teaching-centered educational mode and learning-centered educational mode and realizes the integration of traditional teaching mode and mutli-media network teaching mode. Based on the experience in the teaching reform conducted in Jiangsu University, the problems teachers meet in adaptating to the new teaching environment are analyzed with the method of questionnaire. The result shows that teachers have high identity with the new teaching mode and high willingness to adopt teaching mode in normal English teaching. However, there exist problems in teaching practice. In such a order to improve teaching mentalityies and teaching abilities, teachers are suggested to emphasize on enhancing academic awareness, doing teaching researches, strengthening the role-play awareness and practicing the notion of "Equal Importance of Learning and Teaching". Besides, emphasis is thought to be placed on enhancing the innovative awareness, improving the traditional teaching methods, learning modern educational technologies and creating a new type of teaching environment.
