我国制造业物流人才培养模式探析

Discussion the Model of Training to Logistics Personnel of the Manufacturing industry in China

制造业是国民经济的主体产业和支柱产业,物流作为联系制造过程各环节的纽带,已成为优化生产过程、强化市场经营的关键,制造业中物流人才的培养成为当前的一项重要工作。文中通过分析我国制造业推进物流管理的意义和物流人才培养面临的问题,构建出相应的人才培养的模式。

The manufacturing is the main and backbone industry of the national economy. As the link of manufacturing process, logistics is the key to optimie the production process and strengthen the market operating. So it has become an important task to train logistics personnel of manufacturing industry. In this paper, the model of training to logistics personnel is constructed by the analysis of the significance of logistics management and the problems of logistics personnel training of the manufacturing industry in China.
