随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业之间的竞争变成了供应链与供应链之间的竞争。供应链风险越来越成为供应链管理的障碍。文中首先按照风险来源对供应链所面对的风险进行分类总结,然后分别从战略和战术层面对供应链风险管理进行了探讨。

With the rapid development of information technology, competition among enterprises has evolved into the competition among supply chains. The risk of supply chain is growing to be obstacles of supply chain management. This article summed up the classification of the risks that the supply chains face according to the sources of them, and then discussed the risk management of the supply chain from both strategic and tactical levels.
