摘要
在VTS中,VTS监管人员的素质直接决定了监管水平的高低。文中论述了对VTS监管人员素质的要求,并分析了我国VTS监管人员培训的现状,并提出了相关的建议。
the VTS function depend on the quality of the VTS supervisor in the VTS. In this paper, the quality the VTS supervisor must have are discussed, and the training situation of the VTS supervisor is analyzed in our country, then some suggestion is proposed.
