摘要
树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)是目前功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,且与肿瘤的发生与发展存在着一定的关系,因此被广泛用于肿瘤免疫治疗中。其抗肿瘤机制为经过不同方式致敏的DC疫苗可将肿瘤相关抗原呈递给T细胞,从而引发机体产生抗肿瘤免疫应答。近年来关于DC的生物学特征及DC疫苗的研究有了很大进展,先本文就此作一简要综述。
Dendritic cells (DC) are the strongest antigen-presenting cell (APC) at present, and are associated to the occurrence and development of tumors, which make DCs be widely applied in cancer immunotherapy. As the mechanism of anti-tumor activity, DC vaccines present tumor associated antigen to T cells, and then trigger tumor immune response of bodies. Recently, the researches on biological characteristics and vaccines of DC have made a great progress. Here the related contents are briefly reviewed.
