摘要
本文从协同理论的视角来解释公共服务供给主体的选择标准,认为最优的公共服务供给方式的选择和主体边界的确定取决于公共服务的性质。通过研究政府、市场、非营利组织的非线性的相互协调、共同作用,来实现组织智慧和各种资源的有机整合和系统建构,从而达到明显推进城乡公共服务均等化的目的。
This article from the perspective of coordination theory explains the selection of the supply of public services, considers the optimal supply of public main mode of selection to determine the border depending on the nature of publi through the study of government, the non-linear mutual coordination and the common role of intelligence of government, enterprises, non-profit organizations realizes the organic integration of various resources and systems to build.
