摘要
本文运用新兴古典经济学思想,分析农业产业化过程中农村劳动力剩余与农户职能多样化的两难冲突,从分工和专业化、交易费用、土地流转、农村劳动力转移角度进行分析,从而对农业产业化发展的基本动力和条件作出解释。
Neoclassical economic thought is used to analysize the conflict of dilemma, surplus rural labor and the peasant household function diversifies during the course of industrialization of agriculture in this paper. It explains the basic driving force and condition of agricultural industrialization process, from the view of division of labor and professionalization, transaction cost, land transfer, the surplus rural labour etastasis.
