摘要
设计一种全软件数控系统来完成曲面的线接触加工,通过分析全软件数控系统的优点及存在的问题,针对Win-dows操作系统体系结构及其实时性能,提出用高精度定时时钟获取定时中断,编写WDM设备驱动程序使全软件数控系统的定时精度达到20μs,解决了基于PC机的Windows 2000操作系统下数控系统的实时性控制问题。
A complete software CNC systerm are designed to realize the processing of the curve suface. The structure and real-time performance of Windows operating system have been researched. The method that obtaining of high clock and applying of WDM program in the CNC are shown. The paper indicates the procedure about the designing of the software struc- ture of line contacted milling CNC system. The CNC system's timing precision is 20 μs by programming WDM and which can realize the real - time processing under Windows 2000 based on PC.
