颈动脉支架置入术治疗外伤性颈内动脉夹层3例报告
摘要
外伤性颈内动脉夹层（traumatic carotid dissection，TCaD）是一种少见疾病。常发生于交通事故或其他原因导致的头颈部钝性损伤，目前对其发病率尚无确切统计，其治疗尚存在较大争议。近年来，颈动脉支架治疗TCaD备受关注，我院自2007年6月至2008年3月为3例TCaD行支架成形治疗。
