摘要
根据微型齿轮传动设计与制造的特点,提出了一种设计微型齿轮齿廓曲线的方法,即偏差函数法。使用此方法可以使所设计齿轮具有较小的滑动系数和接触应力,可有效减小齿轮的磨损。对所设计齿轮的滑动系数、弯曲应力、接触应力和曲率半径进行了计算,并与同尺寸的渐开线齿轮作了比较。
In the light of the characteristics of designing and manufacturing the micro - gear drives, a designing method called deviation function is proposed in this article. By adopting this method, the designed gear drives have smaller sliding coefficients and contact stress, thus the gear wear is effectively reduced. In the meantime, the sliding coefficients, the bending stress, the contact stress and the curvature radius of the gears designed are calculated and also compared with the involute gears.
