努力把大学生培养成中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人,是高校的一项重要使命。为此,高校要正视德育的现状,积极探求有效对策,加强和改进高校德育工作,努力增强德育的实效性,不断提高大学生的思想道德素质,促进大学生的全面发展。

It is an important mission for the higher education institutions to cultivate the college students effectively to be the qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With regards to this, the higher education institutions should face the current situation of moral education and make active efforts to search for the effective strategy so as to enforce and improve the moral education. The institutions should also strengthen the effectiveness of the moral education and improve the ideology and morality quality of their students for the overall development of the students.
