摘要
低温甲醇洗装置长时间运行后,易在换热器、填料等小空隙处结垢,造成堵塞,使换热效率下降,影响设备安全生产和使用寿命。以山东华鲁恒升公司的低温甲醇洗装置为例,通过垢样分析,综合考虑了缠绕式换热器、复合塔板的结构特点,制定了一套化学清洗工艺。清洗效果明显,装置运行平稳;取得了良好的经济利益和社会效益。
After long running, rectisol unit has been easy scaled in the heat exchanger, filling such as small gaps department. The effect of heat transfer decreased, it can impacted production and life safety equipment. In this paper,rectisol unit of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Corporation as an example, through the scale sample analysis, considering the coiled heat exchanger, the structural characteristics of composite plate, to develop a set of chemical cleaning process, cleaning effects of obviously, devices running smooth; achieved good economic benefits and social benefits.
