摘要
甜蜜素是一种常用甜味剂,一般食品中甜蜜素的检测,采用气相色谱外标法,分离柱是不锈钢填充柱。一些白酒生产企业为了改善其勾兑酒的口感,而在白酒中添加甜蜜素的现象已屡见不鲜。目前国家还没有白酒中甜蜜素检测的合适方法,我们用毛细管柱内标法检测白酒中甜蜜素,结果表明,该方法使检测效率大大提高,且准确、可靠。
The sodium Cyclamate is a sweetener commonly used. For the general of sodium cyclamate in food testing methods, gas chromatography external standard method is used, in which a stainless steel column is used as packed column. It is common phenomenon that some wine producers add sodium cyclamate to the Chinese Spirits in order to improve the taste of the blending. At present, there is no appropriate method of detecting the sodium cyclamate in Chinese Spirits. This paper describes that by using capillary column 2 standard method, sodium cyclamate can be detected in Chinese Spirits. Results show that the use of this method can greatly increase the efficiency of detection, save a great deal of time and improve high accuracy.
