摘要
采用总氮分析模块探讨了烟草中氯含量的测定,结果表明:增加透析器并在进入透析器之前,将0.356mol/LHNO3溶液与样品萃取液混合、显色剂用量为65mL以及反应温度维持37℃条件下,样品的变异系数均在5%以内,平均回收率为99%~102%,说明该法具有较好的重复性和准确性;t检验结果表明总氮与氯模块测定结果之间具有显著性差异。
Content of chloride in tobacco was studied with total nitrogen module. Results showed that by mixing 0. 356 mol/L HNO3 and extract liquid before dialysis furrow, variation coefficient was within 5 % and the average recovery ratio reached 99 - 102% with the 65 mL developer dosage under the reaction temperature of 37℃ . The method showed good reproducibility and accuracy. Difference exisited between total nitrogen and chloride module.
