Constructing the Vigor of the Public Space Bordering on the Water

笔者针对国内城市滨水区域空间缺乏活力的现状,探讨了营造滨水区域空间活力的两个方面,即滨水区域空间活力的软环境营造,从滨水区域空间的经济、社会、文化活力三个角度阐释与滨水区域空间活力相关的因素及其影响;滨水区域空间活力的硬环境营造,分析使用者对滨水区域空间可识别性、可达性及其内部元素的人性化的需求,营造出让使用者主动使用的区域空间.

In accordance with some riverside cities＇ status quo of the public space bordering on the water which lacking of vigor, the essay discusses the ways of constructing the vigor of the public space in two aspects ： one is the construction of soft environment-- explaining the elements concerning with the public space border on the water and their influences from the following three angles --- economy, society and cultural vigor - the other is the construction of hard environment --- analyzing the demand for the distinguishability, the reachability, and the humanization of the internal elements the public space by the users, to construct the initiative and usable public space to greatest extent.
