摘要
针对航空整体结构件变形复杂、校正效果难以定量预测的工程问题,基于有限元仿真分析,研究了航空整体结构件压弯过程中的压力-挠度-残余变形之间的回弹变化关系.基于该关系对航空整体结构件变形校正进行了有限元建模、校正过程有限元数值分析,从而证明可以通过压力-挠度-残余变形之间的变化关系合理的确定校正过程中需要的校正参数,并且可以通过该关系预估校正中的极限安全载荷.
For aircraft monolithic component, because of the complication of machining distortion, the straightening parameters are difficult to be determined exactly in the process of distortion correction, which may destroy the workpiece. The FEM analysis of the straightening process was executed based on the pressure-deflection-Residual deflection curve. According to this curve, the reasonable straightening parameter of pressure can be determined to apply to the straightening process and the safety load limit for the straightening process could also be determined by twice the slope of the elastic rebound curve to the load axis.
