钢筋混凝土梁电化学锈蚀及受弯承载力试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 设计电化学加速锈蚀试验,对钢筋混凝土梁进行加速退化,并对混凝土梁中钢筋锈蚀程度进行宏观、定量评定.通过对试验梁锈蚀后的加载试验,研究了钢筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力的影响.试验结果表明:钢筋锈蚀对于钢筋混凝土梁的破坏形式和受弯承载能力有影响;严重的钢筋锈蚀对梁的刚度有明显的影响;钢筋对弯曲裂缝开展的抑制作用随着锈蚀程度的加深而降低. The method of electrochemical corrosion was used to accelerate the reinforced concrete beams degeneration, and the corrosive degrees of rebars were studied with macro and quantitative methods. The corroded beams were loaded to study the mechanical property and bearing capacity. The test results indicated that the corrosion of reinforcing rebars have influences on the Mating capacity of beams, the severe corrosion of reinforcing rcbars have evident influences on the stiffness of the beams, the inhibited effect of reinforcing rebars to the expansion of bending crack decreases with the increment of the corrosion.
