Effect Analysis of Interest-reduction Policy Based on the IS-LM Model

本文以IS-LM模型为依据,结合我国当前经济与消费的实际情况,探讨了我国当前IS曲线与LM曲线的形状,及其对当前降息政策效果的影响,并进一步得出结论和建议:我国当前的降息政策短期难取得明显效果,必须与其他宏观经济政策严密配合使用。

Based on the IS-LM model, combining with actual circumstance of our current economy and consumption, the paper makes an inquiry into the shapes of our current IS curve and LM curve, and the effect to the current interest-reduction policy with a conclusion that the current interest-reduction policy can hardly obtain obvious effect in the short run, so it must be implemented with other c policies.
