柴油重整制氢催化剂体系的设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 以复合氧化物为载体,以过渡元素和稀土元素为催化剂助剂,利用初湿浸渍法和溶胶凝胶法制备了系列贵金属催化剂;研究了催化剂的还原条件、活性、稳定性及抗析碳性;进行了催化剂的XRD等表征;以氢产率为主要考察指标,研究了各催化剂用于柴油重整制氢的效果;研究了催化剂的析碳及除碳方法。 With the compound oxide compound as the carrier, and with the transition element and the rare-earth element as the catalyst assistant, by using the wet impregnation method and Sol gelatin law, a series of precious metal catalyst has been prepared; the characteristics of reducing condition, activeness, the stability and the anti-carbon deposition of the catalyst have been stud- ied, the attributes such as XRD and etc. have also been studied, with hydrogen production as the main index, the effect of various kinds of catalysts for diesel to hydrogen production has been investigated, and the carbon deposition and carbon removal approaches for the catalyst have been studied as well.
