摘要
对磨矿过程进行模拟,是提高磨矿效率、降低磨矿能耗的基础研究。针对水泥厂的磨矿环节,进行了生产过程采样和实验室实验,以此为基础对磨矿过程进行了模拟研究。从一般的磨矿方程出发,经过对水泥厂的磨矿过程进行抽象,推导出适合于工业磨矿过程的数学模型。利用该模型对磨矿过程进行数学模拟,所得模拟产品的粒度分布曲线与实际产品的基本相似,这表明用适当的模型来模拟工业磨矿过程是可行的。
The research on simulation of grinding process is the foundation to improve the grinding efficiency and to reduce energy consumption of grinding. In view of the grinding links of the cement plant, the sampling from cement plant and testing in laboratory were carried out. Based on this, the mathematical simulation of the grinding process was carried out. From a general equation of the grinding, the mathematical model suitable for industrial grinding application was derived. Utilizing the model to simulate the grinding process, the size distribution curve of the simulated products is similar to that of the actual products, which indicates that it is feasible to simulate the industrial grinding process using appropriate model.
