摘要
根据市场的需要选择了15种香烟,模拟实际环境采集了环境烟草烟雾颗粒相样本,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)定性定量分析了其中的烷烃及分子标志物组分。结果表明:超低焦油含量香烟(ULT)、全香料型低焦油含量香烟(FFLT)和全香料型香烟(FF)中的正构烷烃碳优势指数(CPI)值分别为5.37、5.64和4.88。ETS颗粒相上的烷烃和香烟叶抽提出的烷烃的相对分布有类似之处,表明了香烟叶中的这些烷烃都以同一速率释放到ETS颗粒相中。且在ETS颗粒相中检测到了3,5-胆甾二烯、24-甲基3,5-胆甾二烯和24-乙基3,5-胆甾二烯三种分子标志物。
A study was undertaken for evaluating the constituents of ETS particles in a real environment with 15 cigarette brands have been selectedaccording to the demand of markets. The alkanes and markers were measured using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Carbon preference index (CPI) was 5.37. 5.64 and 4.88 in ultra low tar (ULT), full flavor low tar (FFLT) and full flavor (FF), respectively. It was noteworthy that all alkanes profiles of ETS particles were compared well to those of unburned tobacco leaf waxes, indicating that each alkane type compound is transferred at about the same rate from the tobacco leaf waxes into the ETS particles. Based on their mass spectra, cholesta 3,5-diene 24-methylcholesta 3,5 diene 24 ethylcholesta 3,5-diene were teniativcly identifled in ETS particles.
