针对施工企业在工程结算中存在的问题,从设计、计量技术、合同、索赔四个方面,对合理确定和有效控制工程造价进行了论述。

In view of the problems existing in engineering settlement of construction enterprises, this paper proposes a discussion aiming at rationally determining and effectively controlling the engineering cost from four aspects ,design, measuring technique, contract and compensation.
