社会转型期高校女教师的焦虑心理及其调适

摘要 适度的焦虑是行动的催化剂,过度或长时间的焦虑则会对个体活动效率和人格造成不良影响。社会转型期相当部分高校女教师,由于性别角色和社会角色不同,在事业、家庭、生理等方面压力下,存在的焦虑心理较之男教师更甚,如果不及时予以疏导,不仅影响她们的身心健康,阻碍她们的事业发展,也会给我们的教育事业带来不利影响。基此,文章研究了高校女教师焦虑心理的外化表现,分析了焦虑心理之成因,并提出了焦虑心理自我调适的一些建议。 Moderate anxiety is the enzyme for action, while prolonged and over-anxiety affects individual's activity efficiency and personality. In the transition period, a considerably large number of college women teachers experience more anxiety than men teachers. The anxiety is caused by the pressure of career, family and physiology due to the difference in sexual and social roles. If the an xiety is not timely alleviated, it will not only affect their physical and psychological health and their career development, but also harm our educational cause. A study on the external display of the anxiety of the women teachers is made. The cause of anxiety psychology is analyzed. Some suggestions of self-adjustment are proposed.
