摘要
汽蚀是水轮机运行中最为常见的故障之一,严重时会直接危及机组的安全运行。因此,对水电机组汽蚀进行在线监测十分必要。文中介绍了水轮发电机组汽蚀在线监测的原理和实现方法,提出了具体的汽蚀在线监测系统结构设计方案。系统的主要原理是:通过在水轮发电机组指定位置上安装的传感器,采集伴随汽蚀产生的一些特殊信号,再通过适当的算法辨别处理,将这些信号中与汽蚀有关的信息提取出来,分析出其与汽蚀程度的对应关系,从而通过监测这些信息达到监测汽蚀情况的目的,为水电厂开展状态检修进行了有益的探索。
Cavitation is one of the most common faults of hydropower units and serious cavitation will endanger the operation of units directly.So,it is necessary to do online cavitation monitoring.The theory and realization of on-line cavitation monitoring are introduced.On this basis,the design method is put forward.The main principle of the monitoring system is that,by the sensor installed on the appointed position of the turbine,the special signals relative to cavitation are sampled and processed then,the information on cavitation is extracted and the relationship between it and the degree of the cavitation is analyzed,and finally the purpose of monitoring cavitation is attained by monitoring this information.The present work is useful for the condition maintenance of hydropower plants.
