摘要
依据Malmquist指数的分解模型，利用中国1998-2005年的面板数据对8大经济区域工业企业技术创新能力进行实证研究，并对中国各区域技术创新能力的收敛性做出分析。研究结果表明，我国沿海区域工业企业技术创新能力较强，黄河中下游、长江中下游区域企业创新能力较弱。同时由于区域间存在技术扩散和制度推移现象，区域工业企业技术创新能力存在明显的收敛现象。
Based on the decomposing model of Malmquist productivity index, this paper uses the 1998-2005 panel data to do empirical research on technical innovation capability of Chinese regional industrial enterprise, and analyses convergence of the technological innovation capability. The conclusion shows that technical innovation capability of Industrial enterprise in circumlittoral region is stronger, while in Yangtze River downstream and yellow river is weaker. Due to technical diffusion and institute trickle-down among regions, technical innovation capability of industrial enterprise exists very remarkable convergence in regions of China.
