基于点-轴理论的渝怀铁路产业带建设分析

Study of Yu-Huai Railway Based on Point-Axis Theory

渝怀铁路是西部大开发十大标志性工程之一。基于点-轴理论,提出渝怀铁路产业带建设的指导思想,应重点培养增长极,点轴开发,非均衡发展,兴建旅游业和能源工业的走廊,且作为东西沟通的中介线,与长江经济带相链接,辐射整个大西南地区。同时指出渝怀铁路产业带建设的具体思路,即多层次的中心城市建设和协调优化产业结构。

Starting from Chongqing ending in Huaihua, the Yu-Huai Railway is one of ten symbol projects in Western Development. The paper takes the point-axis theory as basis, puts forward guiding ideology of construction of Yu-Huai Railway industrial belt. We should lay emphasis on training growth pole, point-axis development, unbalanced development, and build corridors of tourism and energy industry. Besides, as an intermediary communicating between eastern and western of China, the Yu-Huai Railway will connect with Yangtze River Economic Zone, radiating to whole southwest China. Meanwhile, the paper points out specific thinking of construction of Yu-Huai Railway industrial belt, that is, multi-level construction of central cities and coordinative optimization of industrial structure.
