摘要
介绍了龙滩水电站计算机监控系统应用过程中的技术特点,如开出重漏选技术、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与上位机通信连接技术、数据采集和处理中的可靠性措施、现地控制单元(LCU)间网络互取数据代替硬接线的方案;总结了工程实施过程中的技术优化方案,如独立的LCU测温配置、新机组接入现有监控网络的时机和方法。对类似的特大型水电站计算机监控系统的研制和调试有一定的借鉴作用。
The application technical characteristics of the computer monitoring and control system ot the Longtan Hydropower Station are introduced, such as action protection technology of output modules, communication and connection technology between the PLC and host computer, reliability measures of data acquisition and processing, and network interaction data replacing hardwire between LCUs. The optimal technology scheme is also summed up, such as configuration of independent temperature measurement LCU, and time and methods of new unit node to be connected to the existing supervision network. The technology presented in the paper is useful for the development and debugging of similar computer monitoring and control systems for giant hydropower plants.
