摘要
简要介绍DJT5000型水轮机调速器的主要特点。它采用伺服电机控制的电动集成阀作为电液转换元件,代替了传统的转换器,工作可靠;调节技术上采用连续的实时变参数的PID控制算法,自动化程度高。文中重点介绍了该调速器在白溪水电厂运行7年来出现的故障和缺陷及其分析和处理,包括电动集成阀回油漏油偏多、导叶反馈电阻损坏、测频干扰、反馈滚轮易碎、锁锭故障等,可供同类型调速器常见故障分析及处理时参考。
The Characteristics of the DJTS000 hydro-turbine governor is briefly introduced. The electromotion integration valve controlled by servo electromotor is adopted as the electro hydraulic converter instead of the conventional converter. The continuous time-varying parameter PID arithmetic is applied to the hydro-turbine governor. The failure and limitation of the governor found in the past seven years are introduced, including oil leakage of electromotion integration valves, guide vane feedback resistance damage, frequency disturbance, breakability of feedback trolley, and so on. The analysis and disposal of these problems offer references for the same type governors.
