作为水轮发电机组和压力钢管的重要保护设备,机组进水口快速工作门起着至关重要的作用。三峡电站单机容量巨大,进水口快速工作门在事故情况下的正确动作将直接保障三峡机组的安全。三峡电站在总结国内外经验的基础上设计并应用了可靠有效的快速闸门。文中主要介绍了三峡电站进水口快速工作门的结构配置、控制系统、控制方式、日常运行操作及故障情况下的应急处理方法。经过运行实践检验,三峡进水口快速工作门动作稳定可靠。

As important protection equipment of hydro generator units and steel penstock, the water intake rapid-drop gate of the generator unit plays an important role. The capacity of the units in the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant （TGHP） is large, and correct operation of the rapid-drop gate in accidents will ensure the safety of the units of the TGHP. On the basis of summarizing the experience at home and abroad, a reliable and effective rapid-drop gate is designed and applied in the TGHP. The structure configuration, control system, control method, daily operation and emergency measures for accidents of the water intake rapid drop gate are introduced. The stability and reliability of the rapid-drop gate is proved by practice.
