龙口混凝土重力坝止水加固方案研究

摘要 混凝土重力坝的接缝处理是工程施工的关键,接缝处要安装止水设备,防止渗水的侵入。目前主要方法有铜片止水、橡胶止水、GBW止水条以及灌区之间布置了止浆片。由于止水加固方式不到位,在浇筑过程中,容易发生止水带偏移、变形扭曲。为解决以上问题对施工的影响,对上述问题的处理措施进行专门研究。采用模板拼装加固措施来固定止水材料,同时,止水材料按设计规定进行合理搭接,施工过程中对止水材料严格保护,能有效的解决止水材料的偏移和变形扭曲。通过实施止水加固,确保了本工程混凝土的正常浇筑,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。 The joint treatment of a concrete gravity dam is the key of the construction and needs to install the sealing equipments so as to prevent the seepage eroding.At present,the main methods are the copper waterstop,rubber waterstop,GBW waterstop and grout stop plate between grouting compartments.As the sealing and reinforcing approach is not in place,the sealing materials are easy to migrate and distort in the pouring process.To solve these questions in construction,the treating measures are studied specially.It is an effective measure that the template assembly is used to fix the sealing materials,which are lapped rationally according to the design and protected strictly.Through enforcing the sealing and reinforcing approach,the normal work of pouring concrete is ensured,providing some references for similar projects.
