该文以我国新义务教育法的颁布实施为背景,基于对新疆生产建设兵团23个团场的调查,对兵团团场义务教育经费投入、使用现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并在总结的基础上围绕义务教育经费保障机制提出了相关建议。

With the background of promulgation and implementation of the new Compulsory Education Law of China, and based on the investigation from 23 farms of BINGTUAN, the paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the input and use of funds for compulsory education of farms in BINGTUAN,and puts forward some relevant proposals on the security mechanism of funds for compulsory education on the basis of summary.
