摘要
从旅行社导游人员的高流失率问题出发,分析了导游员结构和流失产生的原因,在此基础上提出旅行社应该在双因素理论的指导下管理导游人员,最后分别从保健因素和激励因素两个方面提出了一些管理途径。
Base on the tour guides＂ high draining rate crisis, the paper analyzes the tourist guide structure and the causes of draining rate crisis, suggests travel agency effective management of tour guide based on motivator- hygiene theory, and proposes a number of countermeasures.
