Cultivation of Citizen Consciousness——On Mainstream Ideology Leading of the Social Spiritual Life during Social Transformation

中国社会的顺利转型需要具有现代公民意识的人。在我国当下的历史条件下,由社会转型而引发的国人文化价值观的转变,一方面表现为现代大工业社会具有的精神特质即自由、平等、民主、独立等公民意识的显现,与此同时又表现为公民意识所要求的责任意识、权利义务对等等意识的严重缺失。目前给公民意识进行准确定位,让人权观念得以确立,实现国人对公民意识的价值认同,实现主体的合目的性建构,这是主流意识形态引领社会精神生活的起点。

China＇s social transition needs people＇s modem citizen consciousness. Under current historical conditions, Chinese cultural values changes caused by social transformation, on the one hand, the spiritual qualities that have freedom, equality, democracy and independence of spirit of citizens appear, meanwhile consciousness of citizen responsibility, the rights and obligations appear serious backwards. The accurate positioning of the citizens awareness benefits the establishment of human rights concepts and the realization of value recognition about citizen consciousness, realizing the subject construction in purpose which marking the start of the mainstream ideology leading of the social spiritual life.
