摘要
我国普通高校现有的分配制度中存在诸如岗位职责不明确、注重身份管理、考核体系不健全、因津贴差距过大而影响激励效果等问题,针对分配制度中存在的这些问题及其影响因素进行了分析,在此基础上就如何完善分配制度提出了一些改进建议。
In our country, the existing distribution system in universities has many problems, such as post duty indeterminacy, too much attention to the dignity administration, the imperfect evaluation system, stimulating effect by the allowance disparity and so on. This thesis mainly discusses existing problems of university's current assigning system in China, and gives some suggestions to these problems.
