摘要
主成分分析是一种实用的多元统计分析方法,能消除样本指标之间的相关性,在保持样本主要信息的前提下,提取少量具有代表性的主成分。采用主成分分析方法对陕西(地、市)科技竞争力问题加以分析,其最终目的是落实科学发展观,促进陕西科技进步,推动陕西社会、经济的可持续发展。研究结果表明,西安科技进步综合水平得分最高,说明西安的科技发展水平在整个陕西地区是最高的。除西安、延安科技进步综合水平得分为正值外,其余8个地区的得分均为负值,说明这8个地区的科技发展水平均低于陕西省的科技整体发展水平。
Because the principal components analysis is one of practical multi - dimensional statistical analysis method, can eliminate between the relevance of the sample target, keep the main information of the sample, so, the extraction has the representative principal components. Therefore, in recent years, it is obtained the more and more widespread application in the multi objective appraisal. So, this article will use the principal components a- nalysis method to analyze to the Shaanxi science and technology competitive power question, its final goal carries out the science development view, will promote the Shaanxi advance in technology, and impel the economical sustainable development of the Shaanxi society. The findings indicated that, the Xi' an advance in technology synthesis level score is highest, explained Xi' an' s science and technology level of development in the entire Shaanxi area is highest. Except Xi' an, the Yah' an advance in technology synthesis level score for just when outside, other 8 local score is the negative value, explained these 8 local the technical development water equally is lower than Shaanxi Province' s technical whole level of development.
