甘肃省非政府组织发展问题及对策研究

The Development of Non-government Organizations in Gansu Province

非政府组织是承接政府职能转变的重要主体,目前,甘肃的非政府组织发展还处于初级阶段,存在着量少、质低、结构不合理、作用发挥差等问题。从甘肃省非政府组织发展现状出发,分析制约甘肃非政府组织发展的因素,并提出促进非政府组织发展的几点对策、建议。

Non -government organization is main body of continuation to the government functions. At present, the nongovernment organizations in Gansu provinces is still in primary stage, with low quality and irrational structure. This paper analyzes the main reasons restraining their development and puts forward some suggestions to im- prove their development.
