摘要
在汽车焊装生产线中,从下车体线到总拼线的输送系统采用多台自行小车环形运转的方式,它们与主控PLC之间的信息交换,传统的方法是采用滑触线的方式,存在着数据交换信息量受限、可靠性低和电气安装复杂等弊端。现将无线以太网的通讯技术应用于自行小车信息交换中,具有数据交换无限量、可靠性高和电气安装简单等优点,弥补了传统交换方式的缺陷。
