摘要
以HNC-21/22T世纪星数控车床系统为例,介绍了用宏程序加工由抛物线、椭圆构成轮廓和形状类似的系列零件的加工方法,可以减少乃至免除手工编程时繁琐的数值计算,精简程序量,并能扩展数控机床的使用范围。
In the present paper, take HNC-21/22T Century Star for example, it introduces the processing method of group part which have the similar structure and contour which composed by parabola and ellipse by using macro-procedure. The using of macro-procedure can reduce or avoid complicated account in manual programming, and simplify the amount of program, and expand the using area of NC machine.
