Analysis of Break Reason and the Preventive Measures for the Hard Pipe of the Aircraft

硬导管是飞机管路系统中的重要组成部分,硬导管的破裂会导致管路系统故障或失效,危及飞机的安全。以某型军用飞机硬导管为例,从材料和连接入手,分析其破裂的原因,提出了相应的预防措施。

The hard pipe is the important part of pipeline system of the aircraft. The break of the hard pipe will do great harm to the safety of the aircraft for the failure or invalidation of pipeline system. This paper takes the hard pipe of the fighter plane and attack plane as an example and the break reason is analyzed according to the materials and connection of hard pipe. Finally the prevention measures are put forward.
