冲击拉伸应变波简易实验装置结构设计

摘要 介绍了一种测量冲击拉伸应变波的实验装置及其总体结构设计,说明了在设计中遇到的主要问题及解决方法。此装置使用导管引导常规落重,增加了测量过程中的稳定性,可实现钢丝及细长杆件在不同落重下的冲击拉伸应变波的测量。试验证明该装置简易、实用,实验结果稳定准确。 A tensile impact strain wave experimental device and its structure are being introduced. The major problems and the method to deal with them in structure designing are discussed. The steadiness of the device is improved through a normal drop-weight dropping down along a conduit. The device can be used in the steel lines with different diameter impacted by different drop-weight. It is concluded that the device is simple and useful and steady and precise results are obtained.
