摘要 设计了一种气控换挡装置,解决了三个方面的问题:一是在手动换挡很难实现的场合,可实现远程气控制换挡;二是通过远程气压控制,可使换挡齿轮正反轻微转动,实现微调;三是在远程控制室观察仪表,可以及时了解传动系统所处状态。 In this paper, a gas-shift control device is designed successfully. It solves the problem in three aspects: Firstly, manual shifting is very difficult to achieve at the occasion, it can be achieved through remote control gas shift. Secondly, through remote pressure control, shift gears can be positive or negative rotation slightly, achieve fine-tuning, making gears being relax together or separate, not only convenient but also labor-saving. Thirdly, people can observe instrumentation at the remote control room, transmission at a high-speed profile, low profile or the free spaces are at a glance.
