通过从螺栓拧紧装配质量控制的10个步骤着手,分析了影响装配连接质量的因素,通过进一步分析螺栓的固定和紧固工艺,阐述了螺栓连接的主要技术参数对产品装配可靠性的重要作用。
This paper analyzes the factors which influence the connecting quality in assembly process through the 10 steps of quality control in screw fastening operation. Describe major technical parameters in screw connecting process through analyzing screw fastening knowledge and partial influential factors of fastening techniques, which is very meaningful in the reliability of assembly.
