摘要 介绍了高硅矿在Ⅱ段高温高酸—黄钾铁矾除铁工艺中的影响和生产实践,总结出高硅对浓密机沉降分离、中浸上清率、两渣过滤造成的影响,并针对主要表现症状分别采取了有效地措施,实现了系统产能的恢复,并就存在的问题进行深入的探讨分析,提出了具体的改进措施。 The practice and impact of high silica mine on high temperature - high acid iron removal process by jarosite was introduced, the impact of dissolved silicon on settling separation of thickener, middle-supernatant rate, two slage filter was summarized. Effective measures have been taken to restore production capacity, the existence problems were in-depth analyzed, specific improvement measures were put forward.
