Sialon含量对镁碳材料抗渣性能的影响

摘要 采用静态坩锅法研究了Sialon含量对镁碳材料抗渣性的影响。结果表明:镁碳材料的侵蚀速率随Sialon含量的增加先降低后增加,Sialon量为3%时侵蚀速率最低,抗渣侵蚀性能最好。 By static crucible slag test, effects of amount of Sialon on slag corrosion of MgO-C refractory were investigated. The results indicated that, with the increasing of amount of Sialon, corrosion rate decreased at first and then increased. As adding 3wt% Sialon, lowermost corrosion rate was obtained, the materials showed excellent slag resistance.
