HPLC法测定羟乙基淀粉氯化钠200/0.5注射液的重均分子量

摘要 目的采用HPLC法控制羟乙基淀粉氯化钠200/0.5注射液的重均分子量与分子量分布。方法高效液相色谱法,多糖专用凝胶柱,流动相为0.7%硫酸钠溶液;柱温35℃,流速为0.5mL·min-1。结果三批供试品重均分子量均在200000~300000,10%大分子部分重均分子量均小于800000,10%小分子部分重均分子量均大于10000。结论该方法结果准确,重复性好。 OBJECTIVE HPLC was used in the weight average molecular weight of Hydroxyethyl Starch 200/0. 5 and Sodium Chloride Injection. METHODS A TSK--GEL G4000PWXL was used as the column and 0. 7% sodium sulfate was the mobile phase. RESULTS The weight average molecular weight of three lotno were all in 200000-300000, the big weight average molecular weight of 10% were all less than 800000,and the small weight average molecular weight of 10% were all more than 10000. CONCLUSION This method was accurate and highly reproducible.
