论本土资源语境下的农民权利意识培养

Development of Peasant's Right Consciousness under the Circumstance of Local Resource

在依法治国高歌猛进的今天,农民的政治、经济、社会等权利意识依然淡漠。如果我们仅把这些归咎于农民自身法律意识不强、文化水平低下、愚昧无知,用西方的法治观点来看是没有问题的,但具体到我国的实际,这是不负责任的。有必要立足中国农村的实际对农民权利意识淡漠的原因进行深入、系统和切合实际的探讨,并在本土资源的语境下采取科学合理的策略对农民的权利意识进行卓有成效的培养。

Though we say high of and make much progress in rule by law, peasant＇ s right consciousness is still indifferent today. If we ascribe it to that peasant＇ s legal awareness, the degree of education is low and their ignorance, it＇ s reasonable in opinion of some western law theory. But it＇ s irresponsible under Chinese urban circumstance. It is necessary to study it deeply and systemieally based on the reality of the rural areas in China, and take scientific and reasonable ways to improve peasant＇ s right consciousness under local resource＇ s circumstance.
