英语教师海外学习项目研究
摘要
选派教师赴国外学习的方式有海外培训计划项目、组织代表团进行学访项目、国际交换项目和海外学习奖学金项目。通过外派,英语教师不仅在英语水平上有所提高,而且提高了其对跨文化的理解。但在实施的过程中存在资金不足、受益的英语教师有限、受训者在海外的时间较短、外派培训项目的评估体系不健全等问题,有待今后改进。
