浅论中国传媒与司法和谐共处的实现

On the Realization of Harmonious Co-existence of Chinese Media and Judicature

传媒的存在是为了实现言论自由,司法的存在是为了实现审判的公正,可以说两者是殊途同归的,最终追求的价值都是公正和正义。在实践中,传媒与司法之间总是存在冲突。拟从二者应有的关系入手分析二者冲突的原因所在,进而试着分析实现二者和谐共处的途径。

The existence of media is for realizing the freedom of speech and the existence of judicature is for realizing trial justice, the final pursuit of both of which is justice. In practice, media and judicature always contradict with each. The paper attempts to analyze the reasons of the contradiction from the perspective of due relationship between them and, furthermore, the methods for their harmonious co-existence.
