论“京东第一人”史梦兰的方志思想

The Local Chronicle Idea of SHI Meng-lan——The First Person of Local Chronicle in Jingdong Area

史梦兰是清代中后期京东的著名人物,编有《乐亭县志》《永平府志》《迁安县志》《抚宁县志》四大方志。文章拟从方志的性质、方志的作用、修志的原则、修志的体例与方法四个方面,对其方志思想进行研究,以期对现代方志编纂工作有所指导。

SHI Meng-lan was a well-known figure in the mid and late Qing Dynasty in Jingdong, who compiled four local chronicles： Laoting County Chronicle, Yongping Prefecture Chronicle, Qian＇an County Chronicle, Funing County Chronicle. This paper tries to analyze SHI Meng-lan＇ s idea of local chronicle from the nature, functions and rectifying principles and styles to provide guidance to compiling modern local chronicles.
