摘要
利用波特五力模型,对连云港港口物流业的潜在进入者、供方、客户、替代品、同业竞争者等5种竞争力进行分析,在此基础上,提出了港口物流的竞争战略,认为连云港港口物流的竞争战略应该是聚焦战略,并且提出了提升港口物流业竞争力的措施。
The competitiveness of potential entrants, suppliers, customers, substitute products, competi- tive rivalry about Lianyungang Harbor logistics industry is analyzed from Porter's Five-force Model. On such a basis, this paper advances the competitive strategy of harbor logistics, and holds that the competi- tiveness of Lianyungang Harbor logistics strategy should be a focusing strategy. Besides, it puts forward some measures to improve the competitiveness of Lianyungang Harbor logistics.
